About Learnerzones
Learnerzones is a digital education and marketing company based in Vijayapura, Karnataka, India. We provide Digital Marketing Courses, AI Marketing Training, Website Designing, Social Media Marketing, Marketing Automation, DFY Digital Marketing Services, and Business Consulting.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian if under 18. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
Course Enrollment
After successful payment, you will receive access to the purchased course or workshop according to the program details. Access may include live sessions, recordings, downloadable resources, assignments, community access, and support where applicable.
Payment Terms
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed before access is granted and is processed through secure third-party gateways.
Refund Policy
3-Day Workshop: 100% refund is available only if you attend all sessions, complete all assignments, and request a refund within 7 days of the final session stating that you did not understand the concepts.
Long-term courses (more than one week): Non-refundable.
Done-for-You Services: Payments become non-refundable once work has commenced.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, videos, PDFs, templates, presentations, graphics, logos, and website content belong to Learnerzones and may not be copied, sold, redistributed, recorded, or shared without written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to share login credentials, misuse the learning platform, harass participants, upload malicious software, engage in fraudulent activities, or record live sessions without permission.
Done-for-You Services
Clients must provide necessary content, approvals, and access credentials promptly. Project timelines may change due to client delays. Learnerzones may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific income, business growth, job placement, advertising performance, or social media growth. Individual results depend on many factors outside our control.
Third-Party Platforms
Our training may involve platforms such as Meta, Google, WordPress, Canva, WhatsApp, AI tools, and other marketing software. We are not responsible for platform policy changes or service interruptions.
Account Access
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and informing us immediately if your account is compromised.
Limitation of Liability
Learnerzones shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, loss of profits, data loss, or damages beyond the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Learnerzones against claims arising from your misuse of our services or violation of these Terms.
Privacy
Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vijayapura, Karnataka.
