## 3-Day Workshop
All payments made for the 3-Day Workshop are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed.
We encourage participants to review the workshop details, schedule, curriculum, and other relevant information carefully before completing their registration.
Workshop registrations may be transferred to a future batch only if requested before the workshop begins, subject to availability and approval by Learnerzones.
Long-Term Courses (More Than One Week)
All courses with a duration of more than one week are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
* Digital Marketing Mastery Programs
* Website Designing Courses
* AI Marketing Courses
* Career Breakthrough Programs
* Any mentorship or coaching program lasting more than one week
Because these programs may provide immediate access to learning materials, resources, recordings, and support, no refunds will be issued after enrollment, including in cases of:
* Change of mind
* Lack of time
* Partial course completion
* Failure to attend sessions
* Personal circumstances
We encourage you to review the course details carefully and clarify any questions before making your purchase.
## Done-for-You (DFY) Services
Payments made for Done-for-You services, including but not limited to:
* Social Media Management
* Website Designing
* Content Creation
* Marketing Automation
* Advertising Services
* Business Consulting
are non-refundable once work has commenced.
If a project has not yet started, any refund request may be considered at Learnerzones’ sole discretion, after deducting applicable processing or administrative charges, if any.
## Duplicate Payments
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please contact us immediately.
Verified duplicate payments may be refunded to the original payment method.
## Cancellation and Transfer Policy
Workshop registrations may be transferred to a future batch only if requested before the workshop begins, subject to availability and approval by Learnerzones.
Long-term course enrollments are generally non-transferable unless specifically approved by Learnerzones.
